Disability Statement
We will make every effort to ensure that our seminars are held in facilities which are fully accessible to persons with disabilities. If you plan to attend our seminar and will need special facilities or assistance relating to a disability, please contact our office at (336) 758-4551 at least two weeks prior to the date of the program.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend the seminar for which you first register, you may obtain a refund of your registration fee, minus a $20.00 administrative charge, upon receipt of a written cancellation at least FIVE WORKING DAYS prior to the seminar. After that time, those not attending will receive the course materials in full consideration of tuition paid.
Transfer Policy
A transfer to another location or program may be obtained for a $20.00 fee only if notice is received no later than the date of the program involved. Once you transfer you will not be able to cancel your registration and receive a refund.
