Services for Employers
The Office of Career Services will assist you in connecting with Wake Forest students and alumni to meet your recruiting needs. The following services are available to you:
On-Campus Interview Program (OCI)
Employers are invited to visit our campus to interview students seeking entry level or summer positions free of charge. Employers will receive resumes as a group in advance of their visit and may screen applicants and select the students whom they wish to interview. Interviews can be coordinated with visits to other North Carolina law schools. Video-conferencing is available to employers who are not available to travel to campus to interview. To participate in OCI, you must register for a Wake Forest Symplicity account. To request an account, contact Dian Smith (smithdh@wfu.edu). If you already have a Wake Forest Symplicity account, please login to Symplicity.
Off-Campus Interview Programs
We participate in off-site recruiting consortia in regions across the country. For more information about any of the programs listed below, or to discuss the possibility of a one-day recruiting conference in your city, please contact Kim Fields at 336.758.5058.

Resume Collection
We will gladly collect student applications for an employer and submit all Wake Forest applications as a group. To arrange a resume collect, you must register for a Wake Forest Symplicity account. To request an account, contact Dian Smith (smithdh@wfu.edu).
Post a Job
Employers may post positions for both students and alumni free of charge. All job listings are posted in our recruiting database, Symplicity. Applicants then apply directly to the employer. Post a job now.
Videoconferencing
We have videoconferencing equipment set up in one of our interview suites year-round. This is a convenient way for out-of-state employers to interview job candidates. In addition to our own videoconference equipment, we are members of Law School Connect, which provides law firms, non-profit and public sector legal employers and judges the ability to remotely interview law students throughout the nation.
